About Maj Kavish Aggarwala
He is a practising lawyer in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Armed Forces Tribunal. He has served for 11 years in the Indian Army and was an officer of the Judge Advocate General’s Department (JAG).
As a JAG officer, I handled all kinds of legal issues – including maintenance allowance/marital discord/divorce cases, statutory, non-statutory, anonymous and pseudonymous complaints, court martials, summaries of evidence, courts of inquiry, promotion and empanelment related issues, etc.
He has also participated in court proceedings in different High Courts and AFTS.
