Position: Legal Intern (Litigation)
Location: Chambers of Advocate Darshit Jain, Mumbai
Mode: On-site / Physical
Duration: Minimum 2 months

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (any year) with keen interest in litigation
- Basic understanding of Marathi is mandatory
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Professional communication and email etiquette is essential
- CVs must be appropriately titled and sent with a cover letter
Nature of Work
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting documents and assisting in court procedures
- Daily assistance in litigation matters across criminal, commercial, and IPR domains
- Shadowing and supporting Advocate Darshit Jain in case preparation and hearings
