About the Internship
Mind Legal is inviting applications for a long-term physical internship for law students interested in corporate and commercial legal practice. This internship requires a minimum commitment of 4 months and offers hands-on exposure to advisory, dispute resolution, and regulatory work.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
- Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to work on complex assignments
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate and commercial advisory work
- Conducting research and drafting related to commercial disputes and arbitration
- Supporting matters before various courts and forums
- Assisting in regulatory and compliance-related advisory assignments
- Working closely with the team on ongoing legal matters
