3rd year or above (5-year program)
2nd year or above (3-year program)

Capital markets
Blockchain & Fintech law
Digital securities, tokenization, DeFi
Key Responsibilities
Legal research on SEBI, RBI, MiCA, SEC regulations and frameworks
Drafting whitepapers, STO documents, regulatory submissions
Assisting in building compliance frameworks for exchanges and fintech entities
Tracking trends in tokenization, crypto-exchange governance, and DeFi protocols
Comparative legal analysis of global crypto laws
