JudicioWorks Advocate and Associates is a litigation-oriented legal practice operating under the guidance of Advocate Rishabh Malhotra, engaged in handling matters before various courts in the Delhi–NCR region. The Organisation aims to provide law students with practical exposure to litigation practice and help them understand the professional functioning of a litigation chamber. This internship bridges the gap between theoretical legal education and real courtroom practice by allowing students to participate in practical legal work and observe court proceedings.

Details About the Internship

JudicioWorks Advocate and Associates is inviting applications from law students for a Litigation Internship. The internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation work, including legal drafting, court visits, and assisting in case preparation.

Interns will closely observe how legal matters are handled in practice and will gain exposure to court procedures, legal documentation, and the day-to-day functioning of litigation work.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Students pursuing a 5-year law course must be in or above the 6th semester.
  • Students pursuing a 3-year law course must be in or above the 3rd semester.
  • Candidate should possess a strong spirit to learn litigation practice.
  • Candidate must have a vehicle (at least a two-wheeler) for court visits.
  • Candidate should have a properly working laptop for drafting and research purposes.
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge of drafting court documents such as pleadings, interim applications, etc.

Main Responsibilities

Selected interns will be expected to:

  • Assist in drafting pleadings, interim applications, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research related to ongoing matters.
  • Court visits and observes hearings.
  • Assist in case preparation and documentation.
  • Support miscellaneous litigation-related work within the office.

The internship is structured to provide practical training in litigation and courtroom procedure.

Number of Interns

A limited number of interns will be selected as per the requirement.

Location

JudicioWorks Advocate and Associates – Office of Advocate Rishabh Malhotra, Galaxy Diamond Plaza, Sector-4, Haibatpur, Adjacent to Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West-201009.

Interns may be required to attend proceedings in different courts depending on the matters being handled by the office.

Work Timings

Working hours will generally correspond with court working hours, along with additional office work depending upon case requirements.

Who Can Apply

Law students who:

  • Are interested in litigation practice
  • Wish to gain practical courtroom exposure
  • Are motivated to develop legal drafting and research skills

Students who are disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn litigation practice are encouraged to apply.

Stipend

Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging between ₹2000 – ₹3000, depending upon performance.

Further increment opportunities may be considered based on the intern’s work quality and dedication.
