About the Internship
Giani’s Ice Cream is inviting applications for a Legal Internship (Paid) for a duration of 3 months (extendable up to 6 months). This internship provides hands-on experience in contract drafting, review, and commercial legal work.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or graduates with interest in corporate/in-house legal work
- Experience in contract drafting and review
- Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Exposure to commercial law (rent & franchise agreements preferred)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional approach
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
- Managing contract lifecycle processes (CLM)
- Working on commercial agreements (rent, franchise, etc.)
- Assisting in legal documentation and compliance work
- Supporting the legal team in business-related legal matters
