About the Internship
ELF Partners is inviting applications for a two-month internship in the field of Litigation & Arbitration Finance. The internship involves research-intensive work at the intersection of law, finance, and international dispute resolution, offering exposure to cross-border disputes and legal finance structures.
Exposure
Interns will gain exposure to:
- Cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation matters
- Investment evaluation of legal claims
- Damages and enforcement strategy research
- Legal funding structures and award monetisation
Eligibility
Preference will be given to final-year law students with strong analytical and drafting capabilities and a demonstrated interest in international arbitration or commercial disputes.
