01. By this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, petitioners have

challenged the order dated 08.11.2025, passed by the Court of

Additional Sessions Judge, TADA/POTA, Special Judge

Designated under NIA Act, Srinagar in case titled UT of J&K

through P/S Rainawari Vs. Arif Ahmad Sheikh, whereby the

petitioners have been charged for the offences punishable under

Section 120-B, 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 427, 3432, 307, 435 and

436 RPC and Section 13, 16, 18 of UA(P) Act in case FIR No.

19/2019, allegedly without complying with Section 45 UA(P) Act.
