1. Heard learned senior counsel for the appellant-Bank, Mr.Darpan
Wadhwa, learned Senior Advocate (Amicus Curiae) and the respondent in
person.
2. We have been informed that certain efforts were made to find out an
amicable solution to the issues between the parties.
3. Having regard to the overall issues, and the facts and circumstances of
this case, we are still of the opinion that the issues between the parties can
be sorted out amicably. For the said purpose, we intend to hold in-camera
proceedings of this matter and request the Chief General Manager, Delhi of
the appellant-Bank, as also the respondent to be present during the said
proceedings.
