1. This appeal under section 378 (4) of Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgment
dated 18/08/2021 passed by the J.M.F.C., Bilaspur, District – Bialspur (C.G.) in
Criminal Case No. 282/2015 acquitting the respondent/accused of the charge
under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (for short the “Act of
1881”). Appeal was filed along-with an application under section 378(4) of the
Cr.P.C. for grant of leave to appeal against the impugned judgment. The said
application was allowed by this Court on 23/08/2024.
