The plaintiff has filed present suit against
defendants seeking recovery of sum of
Rs.38,82,517/- with future interest at the rate of
18% per annum from 01.03.2025 till realization.
2. The brief averments of plaint are that:-
The Plaintiff is a company incorporated under
Companies Act 2013 and it is engaged in brand
communication and strategy, particularly in designing
and developing advertisements across various media.
Defendant No.1 is a company incorporated under
Companies Act 2013 engaged in services providing
retail platform offering multi category grocery
products. Defendant No.2 M/s Swiggy Limited is also
company incorporated under Companies Act and it
operates brand name Swiggy. Defendant Nos.2 has
acquired defendant No.1, which now operates as a
business unit within defendant No.2 corporate
structure.
