Perused the records.
From the office note dated 20.12.2024, it has been observed that the notice has been
issued to the respondent No. 7 by registered post with A/D on 29.10.2024.
However, in respect of the aforesaid notice issued to the respondent No. 7, it has been
observed that no A/D card or un-served notice has been received by the concerned section as
of yet.
Despite the aforesaid, it seems that the postal track consignment report in respect of
the aforesaid respondent is available with the case record and it shows that the notice has
been delivered to the respondent No. 7 on 16.11.2024. As such, it may be said that service
in respect of the respondent No. 7 has been completed.
Accordingly, the matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Court.
