This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of
pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Sri Champu Borah, who is
apprehending arrest in connection with Tinsukia P.S. Case No.46/2024, under
Section 120(B)/406/420/466/468/471/474 of the IPC.
