2nd Memorial Lecture on Justice Radha Binod Pal held on 27th January 2025, delivered by Prof. YSR Murthy. The lecture was followed by a panel discussion on “Role of Dissenting opinion in shaping International Law” moderated by Justice Soumen Sen, Hon’ble Judge, High Court at Calcutta.
