About the Role
Selected candidates will gain exposure to high-value, transaction-driven work, including insolvency, restructuring, and regulatory advisory. The work is practical, commercially driven, and closely aligned with real deal execution.
Key Areas of Exposure
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
• Distressed asset transactions and resolution strategies
• Drafting transaction documents (Term Sheets, MoUs, Resolution Plans)
• Legal research, structuring, and advisory
• Regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, SARFAESI, Companies Act)
Internship Details
• Mode: Physical
• Duration: 2–3 months
• Location: E22, Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi – 110017
• Work: Legal research, drafting, and transaction support
Legal Associate Requirements
• 2–3 years experience in IBC / distressed assets / law firms / AIFs / ARCs
• Strong drafting, research, and commercial understanding
• Law degree (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / B.Com LL.B)
Accountant Role
• Bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations (Tally ERP)
• GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations)
• Payroll, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements, MIS, and reports (Advanced Excel)
• Support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
Accountant Requirements
• Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter / CA preferred)
• Strong Tally ERP and Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
