About the Role
The role offers active involvement in litigation practice, including appearances, drafting, and case strategy. The selected candidate will work across forums, gaining practical exposure to end-to-end case handling, from preparation to courtroom execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Appear before courts and assist in proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development
• Handle matters across different forums
Ideal Candidate
• Enrolled advocate with 1–2 years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle responsibility
