About the Role
The position involves working across contract drafting, compliance advisory, and IP-related matters, with direct involvement in client-facing work and practical assignments. The role is suited for candidates looking to build a well-rounded corporate legal skill set.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Assist in corporate compliance and advisory work
• Support intellectual property matters, including filings (trademark/patent)
