About the Role
The position involves advising clients on a wide range of employment laws, labour regulations, and workplace compliance issues, along with handling disputes and related documentation. The role offers exposure to both advisory and contentious work within a structured law firm setup.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise on employment laws, labour regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Draft employment agreements, policies, and workplace documentation
• Assist in managing labour and employment disputes
• Support clients on industrial relations and regulatory matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare advisory notes

Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years PQE with experience in labour and employment law
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with workplace compliance and industrial relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
