The firm’s practice covers matters before Consumer Courts, District Courts, Arbitration forums, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India, providing associates with broad exposure to different areas of litigation practice.
About the Role
The selected candidate will work closely with the litigation team and assist in handling matters across various courts and tribunals. The role involves substantial engagement in legal drafting, research, filings, and court appearances.
Associates will also be involved in case preparation and management while supporting ongoing litigation matters across different forums.
Experience
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice
Key Expectations
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Prior experience appearing before courts, tribunals, or other forums
• Ability to independently handle filings, court appearances, and case management
• Proactive approach and commitment towards litigation practice
