1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy in question rests covered by a judgment passed by

the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur in bunch of

cases led by D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.589/2015; State of

[2025:RJ-JD:21283] (2 of 7) [CW-8123/2025]

Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Chandra Ram (decided on 07.07.2017).

He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the

respondents are directed to decide the representation of the

petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment.

2. Counsel for the respondents is not in a position to refute the

above submission. However, he submits that if the petitioner files

a representation, the respondent-Authorities would definitely

consider and decide the same in accordance with the judgment

passed in Chandra Ram’s case (supra) and if she is found to be

covered by the said judgment, appropriate relief would be granted

to her.
