The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the registration deadline for the 2025 annual examination for Classes 10 and 12. Previously, the last date was November 27, but it has now been extended to December 3 without late fees.
According to the notice, students appearing for the Secondary/Senior Secondary (academic) exams scheduled in February/March/July/October 2024, who passed the main exams but failed in one compulsory subject, can apply in the “Additional Qualified” category. These candidates must fill out the online application form by entering their previous roll numbers on the board’s website, www.bseh.org.in, within the given dates.
The HBSE spokesperson also announced that candidates can apply with late fees until December 9 by paying Rs 300. From December 10 to December 15, the late fee will increase to Rs 1,000. Students must log in to the official website of the Haryana Board, bseh.org.in, to complete their online registration.
The notice emphasizes that the details of candidates whose applications are yet to be filled by school authorities must match the school records and be accurate. The board’s press release clarified that if any errors are found in the application form, the responsibility will lie with the school head. Furthermore, errors related to photos and signatures will not be corrected once the examinations begin.
According to the notice, “Some candidates fill out the online application form but fail to deposit the examination fee in the designated bank account as prescribed by the Board, considering the incomplete registration as successful. However, successful registration means completing the online application along with depositing the examination fee. Therefore, candidates must ensure successful online application within the stipulated time.”
For any technical issues or difficulties faced during the online application process, schools or candidates can contact the helpline at 01664-254300 or email the board at the provided addresses: Secondary – assec@bseh.org.in, and Senior Secondary – assrs@bseh.org.in. The notice explicitly states that the application deadline will not be extended further.
