This is a claim petition U/Sec.166 of MV Act claiming
compensation of Rs.30,00,000/- with interest for the
injuries suffered by the petitioner in the Motor Vehicle
Accident occurred on 29.08.2021.

2. The averments of the petition in brief is as
follows:
On 29.08.2021 at about 1.30 a.m. the petitioner was
proceeding as a pillion rider on the motor cycle bearing
No. KA.01.HA.886 on Chamrajpet towards Bapuji nagar, at
that time, the driver of Eicher Pro Water Tanker bearing
No. KA.05.AH.1641 came from Mysore road, Chamrajpet
towards Bapuji nagar at high speed, in a rash or negligent
manner endangering to human life and dashed against the
motor cycle in which the petitioner was proceeding as a
pillion rider from behind and caused the accident. Due to
the said impact, the front side left tyre of the Eicher vehicle
ran over the right hand of the petitioner and the petitioner
has sustained grievous injuries all over the body.
