1. By way of present judgment, this Court shall conscientiously
adjudicate upon criminal revision petition under section 397 read with
Section 399 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter
referred to as “Cr.P.C.”) filed by the revisionists against the order dated
03/12/2022 (hereinafter referred to as ‘impugned order’) passed by
Ms. Devanshi Janmeja, Ld. MM-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts,
Delhi, in Complaint Case No.6217/2017 titled as ” Gurmeet Singh
Baweja & Ors. V. Vatika Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.”
In the present revision petition, the revisionists have prayed
to call and examine the Trial Court Record and to set-aside the impugned
order relating to non-summoning of respondent no. 3 to 10 and to
summon the respondent no. 3 to 10 for the offences u/s 415/420/120-B/34
IPC.
