Guest Lecture by Prof. Barbara Harriss (17th February, 2026)

National Law University Delhi was honoured to host Prof. Barbara Harriss-White, Emeritus Professor of Development Studies, University of Oxford, for an online Annual Lecture held on 17 February 2026. In her distinguished lecture, “A Different Approach to Informality,” she offered thought-provoking insights into the dynamics of informal economic activity and its implications for law, policy, and regulation. We thank Prof. Harriss-White for an engaging and illuminating session, and all participants for their active involvement.
