3. This is an application for amendment in the array of parties supported with an affidavit.
4. On due consideration, the application is allowed.
5. Let the necessary amendments be incorporated during the course of the day.
Order on the main petition
6. Heard Shri G. L. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have instituted a suit for permanent injunction against the private respondents in the court of Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Court No. 5, Ayodhya. Alongwith suit proceedings the petitioners have also moved an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC numbered as 6C and learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only for a suitable direction to the trial court to decide the application 6C with expedition.
8. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Ayodhya, is directed to decide the 6C application expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
9. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances.
10. With above observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
