01. By this petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated
24.04.2024, passed by the learned Regional Director Survey and
Land Records North Kashmir at Baramulla, in the capacity of
Commissioner Agrarian Reforms, thereby dismissing the application
of the petitioner under Section 5 of Limitation Act, being time
barred.
02. Notice to respondents. Requisites within one week.
03. Registry is directed to summon the scanned record from learned
Regional Director Survey and Land Records North Kashmir at
Baramulla.
