This Court vide its order dt. 26.02.2026 had granted last and final opportunity
to the petitioner to provide fresh particulars and registered postal cover for service
of the respondent no. 8 and respondent no. 1 was directed to file objections. In the
meantime, concerned clerk was strictly directed to send a fresh reminder to the
Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu for forwarding the scanned record to this
Court.

As per the report of the concerned clerk, neither have fresh particulars been
furnished by the petitioner nor have objections been filed by respondent no. 1.

It is further reported by the concerned clerk that robkar was issued on
09.03.2026 vide no. 442/R; however, the record has not been received yet.

At this stage, Mr. Majid Hussain Parray, Advocate vice Mr. Bhat Fayaz
Ahmad, Advocate Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 8
expired last month, as such, fresh particulars regarding the service could not be
provided. He requests for a short date so that this fact may be brought to the notice
of the Hon’ble Court for appropriate orders.

Since, last and final opportunity was granted, and needful has not been done
by the parties in compliance to the directions. Therefore, the matter to be placed
before the Hon’ble Court in the 3rd week of April, 2026 for kind orders.
