Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s).

The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323, 325, 147 & 148 of

the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act. His bail

application was dismissed by the High Court. Being aggrieved, he

had approached this Court.

Considering the nature of the case, we do not think a case for

grant of bail is made out to the petitioner.
