has been preferred by the appellant namely Gaurav Kumar @
Gaurav Yadav against the judgment of conviction dated
30.09.2024 and order of sentence dated 08.10.2024, passed by
the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Khagaria, in
Sessions Trial No.25 of 2021, arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil)
Police Station Case No.75 of 2020, under Sections-
341/307/379/504/506 of the IPC and 27(1) of the Arms Act,
District-Khagaria, convicting and sentencing the appellant as
