2-This appeal under Sections 415(2) and 430(1) of
B.N.S.S. has been preferred by the appellant namely Ganesh
Kapari against the judgment of conviction dated 24.04.2025 and
order of sentence dated 30.04.2025 passed by learned Additional
District and Sessions Judge-III, Banka, in Sessions Trial No.64
of 2024 arising out of Amarpur Police Station Case No.719 of
2023, Under Section 307 of the IPC and section 27(1-B)a, 26,
27 of the Arms Act, District-Banka, convicting and sentencing
the appellant as under:-
