Four-Day Residential Training Programme for Recovery Officers of DRTs Concludes at NLUD
The National Law University Delhi successfully conducted a Four-Day Residential Training Programme for Recovery Officers of the Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) from 23–26 February 2026 at its campus.
Organised in collaboration with the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, India, the programme brought together 20 Recovery Officers from DRTs across the country for an intensive learning and capacity-building experience.
Through a series of expert-led lectures, interactive discussions, and practical sessions, participants engaged with contemporary challenges and best practices in the functioning of DRTs.
The residential format of the programme also provided an opportunity for officers to exchange experiences, discuss operational challenges, and develop collaborative approaches to improve the efficiency of recovery proceedings.
