NEW DELHI: DLF has reported a growth of 39.39 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹1,282.15 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹919.82 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹3,347.77 crore in Q4 FY25, a growth of 44.51 per cent from ₹2,316.70 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors recommended dividend of ₹6 per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for FY25. The board appointed Vinati Kastia Kilambi as an independent director for a period of five years with effect from May 19, 2025.
The company’s development business achieved new sales booking of ₹21,223 crore during the year. This marked a year-on-year growth of 44%.
It saw net cash surplus generation of ₹5,302 crore during the fiscal. Consequently, its net cash position at the fiscal end further improved to ₹6,848 crore.
DLF Cyber City Developers‘ (DCCDL) consolidated revenue stood at ₹6,448 crore in FY25, EBITDA stood at Rs 4,949 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 11%, consolidated profit for the year stood at ₹2,461 crore, a year-on-year growth of 46%.
Occupancy levels across its rental portfolio remained at 94%. “Rental income is expected to further grow with rent commencement of recently completed office block at DLF Downtown, Gurugram admeasuring approximately two million sq ft,” the company said in a media release.
