Court in the batch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No. 17418/2016 (Pinki Yadav & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors.). Petitioner submits that only change is in the year of

2. In the aforesaid order dated 08.09.2025 following

directions were given:

(i) It is declared that the Rajasthan Para Medical Council

and the denial was arbitrary and illegal.

(ii) The respondents are directed to consider the
candidature of the petitioners for appointment on the
posts of Lab Technician/Assistant Radiographer pursuant
to advertisement dated 10.10.2016, provided they are
otherwise eligible and have secured suitable place in
merit, while doing so no objection shall be raised on the
ground that their registration with RPMC was not granted
prior to last date of submission of application form.

(iii) It is, however, clarified that the above direction shall
apply only to those petitioners, who had duly submitted
their application for registration with RPMC prior to last
date prescribed for submitting application form under the
advertisement dated 10.10.2016.

(iv) Petitioners shall be accorded appointment in
accordance with their merit position in the selection
process. Upon appointment of the eligible and entitled
petitioners, they shall be granted notional seniority and
