1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after

issuance of impugned order dated 19.02.2025, the petitioner has

submitted a representation before the respondents raising his

grievances against the impugned order however, the same has not

been decided as yet.

2. In view of limited grievance raised by learned counsel

for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

petitioner to make a fresh representation before respondent No.3,

who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner
