NEW DELH: The Crime Branch of Delhi Police arrested 21 gamblers and busted a large-scale gambling racket operating in East Delhi’s Mandawali. Police recovered Rs 15 lakh.
Police received information about the gambling racket on March 11. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Satish Kumar formed a team under Inspector Praveen to investigate the matter.
“The team conducted a well-coordinated raid at a clandestine gambling den operating on the second floor of a concealed premises at Mandawali,” DCP Kumar said.
