The present complaint is filed under section 200 of
code of criminal procedure against the accused seeking to
punish him for the offence punishable under section 138 of
the Negotiable Instruments Act ( in short referred as “N.I.
Act”).
02. The factual backgrounds of the Complainant are as
under :
It is alleged that, the Complainant and accused No.2
are friends for the past 8 years. On the eve of this
friendship the accused No.2 has borrowed Rs.6 lakhs from
the Complainant on various dates as mentioned below.
