Dalim Sk @Dalim Momin @ Salim Sk @ Dalim
Versus
State of West Bengal & Anr.

Mrs. Benajir Hasna
Mr. Sadid Haider
Mr. Aliul Islam.

…for the petitioner.

Mr. Saibal Bapuli
Ms. Pallavi Priyadarshee.

…for the State.

Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the

record.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits

that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 9 months and charges

have been framed, as such, the petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail

and draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim.

I have taken into account the complicity of the present

petitioner as is allegedly revealed from the statement of the victim.

Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release

the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in

CRM(M)2479 of 2025 is rejected at this stage.
