It is submitted by the learned Counsels appearing for the parties that
the connected matter pending before the Apex Court is disposed of by
Judgment dated 13-02-2025 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9694 of 2024 as well
as in Civil Appeal No. 9695 of 2024 whereby the decision of the State-
Government to dissolve the CMJ University has been upheld.
