CIRP Simulation Competition 2026 at NALSAR [April 11-12]

About the Organisers

The CIRP Simulation Competition 2026 is organised by the LL.M.-IBL Batch (2025–27) of NALSAR University of Law in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

The event is conducted under the aegis of the National Conclave on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws (NCIBL) 2.0, reflecting a joint effort to advance practical understanding of insolvency law in India.

About the CIRP Simulation Competition

The CIRP Simulation Competition is a pioneering, student-driven initiative focused on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws. It is designed to simulate the full lifecycle of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), providing participants with hands-on exposure to real-world insolvency practice.

Participants are required to demonstrate statutory precision, strategic decision-making, and advocacy skills while engaging with simulated forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Committee of Creditors (CoC). The competition aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice in India’s rapidly evolving insolvency ecosystem.
