Both cases have been taken up and heard together as
they arise out of the same PS Case number and are disposed of
by this common order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with
Barachatti P.S. Case No. 142 of 2012, dated 01-04-2012,
registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and
34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22152 of 2025(5) dt.13-08-2025
