UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Exemption Application is allowed.
2. The petitioner has been denied regular bail by the High Court
in connection with First Information Report bearing Crime No. 280
of 2024, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District
Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409
& 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 respectively (for short, “the
IPC”)

3. We heard Mr. Ajit Pravin, the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner and Mr. Shrirang B. Varma, the learned counsel
appearing for the State of Maharashtra.
4. We take into consideration the following aspects:-
(i) the investigation is over and charge sheet has been
filed; till this date charge has not been framed;
(ii) the maximum punishment provided insofar as the offence
punishable under Sections 3 and 4 respectively of the MPID Act
is upto 6 years &
(iii) the trial is likely to take a considerable long period
of time before it is concluded. We take notice of the fact
that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 10th July,
2024.
5. We order that the petitioner be released on bail, subject to
terms and conditions that the Trial Court may deem fit to impose.
6. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
