Centre for Regulatory Studies, NLUD presented two reports on e-gaming regulations (25th January, 2025)

In its first meeting of the “National Advisory Committee on E-Gaming Regulations” on 25th January 2025 at the Constitution Club of India, the Centre for Regulatory Studies has discussed two reports titled “ Whitelisting: A Regulatory Strategy to transform the Online Gaming Industry” and “Games of Skill Vis-À-Vis Games of Chance”. These reports are based on extensive research which CRS research team has produced on the basis of the extensive research.

The committee is chaired by Justice (Retd.) Dinesh Maheshwari and valuable perspectives were given by Prof. Dr. G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor, NLU Delhi, Mr Balbir Singh, Senior Advocate and Dr. Aruna Sharma (Retd. IAS and Ex-Secretary, MeitY).
