About the Law Review
Lex Mente is a student-led, peer-reviewed law journal committed to showcasing original, unpublished manuscripts by students, legal professionals, and researchers.
Our vision is to create a platform where law engages with contemporary issues, fostering academic dialogue and innovative perspectives. We invite submissions on any contemporary or emerging area of law and interdisciplinary topics.

Submission Categories
- Research Articles- 2500-6000 words (excluding footnotes)
- Case Commentaries- 1500- 3000 words
- Legislative/ Policy Notes- 1000- 2000 words
Formatting
- Citations must follow Bluebook 21 st Edition (footnotes only: endnotes not permitted).
- File Format- .docx/.doc
- Font – Times New Roman (12 pt., 1.5 spacing, Justified)
- Plagiarism must not exceed 15%.
- All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process before acceptance.
- Submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter containing the following details- author’s name, designation, institute, contact, and email.
Important dates
- Last Date for Submission: 31 st May 2026
- Publication Date: 15 th June 2026
Author Recognition
- All published authors will receive an E-Certificate of Publication.
- Selected papers may also be featured on our official website.
