About the Organizer

This edited volume is being curated by Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Associate Professor, School of Law, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. The initiative is academic in nature and aims to promote quality research and scholarship in emerging areas of law and technology.

About the Opportunity

“Constitution to Cloud” is an ISBN-registered international edited book that explores the intersection of constitutional law, governance, and digital technologies. It provides a platform for academicians, researchers, and students to contribute to contemporary discussions on digital transformation and its impact on legal systems.

Broad Themes

Submissions are invited on themes including, but not limited to:

  • Digital constitutionalism and governance
  • Fundamental rights and digital human dignity
  • Data protection, surveillance, and state control
  • Digital democracy and political participation
  • Algorithmic governance and public administration
  • Courts, justice, and technology
  • Online harm, digital violence, and vulnerability
  • Misinformation, propaganda, and information disorder

Eligibility

The call is open to academicians, researchers, legal practitioners, and students.

Submission Details

  • Abstract: 300 words with 5–7 keywords
  • Full Chapter: 3000–5000 words
  • Citation Style: Bluebook (21st Edition)
  • Language: English
  • Plagiarism limit: 10%
  • Co-authorship: up to 3 authors permitted

How to Submit?

Interested candidates can submit abstracts via the link given at the end of the post.

Fee Details

  • Indian Nationals: ₹3,000 (per author)
  • Foreign Nationals: USD 75
    A nominal publication fee is payable only after acceptance of the abstract to support the publication process and dissemination of the work.

Important Dates

  • Abstract submission: 25 April 2026
  • Acceptance notification: 3 May 2026
  • Full chapter submission: 25 May 2026
  • Final submission: 10 June 2026
  • Publication: 30 August 2026
