About the Organiser
Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, was established by the State Legislature of Punjab through the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Punjab Act, 2006. It has been accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC and granted autonomy by the University Grants Commission.
The Centre for Competition and Consumer Protection Law (CCCPL) is a research-driven academic centre dedicated to advancing scholarship and awareness in competition law and consumer protection. Through research, policy engagement, and academic discourse, the Centre seeks to promote fair markets and robust regulatory frameworks that safeguard both consumer welfare and competitive neutrality.
About the Call for Blogs
In furtherance of its objectives, CCCPL is organizing a Call for Blogs inviting submissions on contemporary and emerging issues in competition law and consumer protection. The initiative aims to foster rigorous academic engagement, policy-oriented analysis, and interdisciplinary dialogue in rapidly evolving market contexts.
Eligibility
Submissions are invited from:

- Digital Markets, Platform Power, and Reconfiguration of Competition Law
- Merger Control in the Age of Data and Innovatin
- Abuse of Dominance and Effects-Based Analysis
- Institutional Design and Regulatory Interface
- Antitrust Sanctions and Deterrence Theory
- Competition Law and Sustainability Objectives
- Competition Law and Labour Markets (Monopsony Power)
- Governance in AI-Driven and Data-Intensive Markets
- Extraterritorial Application and Global Convergence of Antitrust Norms
Authors are encouraged to interpret the themes creatively and adopt interdisciplinary perspectives. Submissions must demonstrate contemporary relevance and well-researched analysis.
Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: 1000–1500 words (inclusive of a 70-word abstract
- Co-authorship: Maximum two authors
- Formatting: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing
- Citations: Hyperlinks within the text; OSCOLA footnotes where necessary
- File Format: .doc/.docx only
- File Name: “Title_CCCPL Manuscript” (Title not exceeding 12 words)
- The manuscript must not contain the author’s name or institutional affiliation
- Similarity Index: Strictly limited to 12%
- Submissions must be original and unpublished
Submission Procedure
Submissions must be made exclusively through the official Google Form (attached at the end of the post). Submissions through email or any other mode will not be accepted.
