This claim petition is filed by the petitioners
under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act claiming
the compensation on account of the death of
Sri.Nagarajappa in the Motor Vehicles Accident.
2. The brief facts projected by the petitioners are
as under:
That on 18.01.2013 at about 8.15 a.m., the
deceased was proceeding on the left side footpath, on
Industrial Suburb Road, near Apparel Garments,
Yeshwanthpura, Bengaluru. At that time, the rider of
the two wheeler bearing registration No.KA-04-HN-
0693 came in a rash and negligent manner
endangering human life and dashed to the pedestrian.
As a result of which, Sri. Nagarajappa sustained
grievous injuries to all over the body and died due to
the accidental injuries on the way to the Hospital.
