1. This application for bail has been filed by the petitioner under
Section 483 of BNSS (old Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) in connection
with FIR No. 108/2025 dated 08.09.2025, Police Station Patan
(Banswara), District Banswara, for the offences under Sections
191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 119(2), 125, 76, 308(2), 324(4), 324(5),
326(g), 351(2), 351(3), 352 and 190 of the BNS. After
investigation, offence under Sections 119(1) and 333 of teh BNS,
2023 were added.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
has been falsely implicated in the case and false allegations have
been levelled against him. He further submits that following co-
