Mr. A. Deni Sharma, learned counsel appeared for the
applicant and Mr. Erangwang Newme, learned counsel appeared for
the claimants/ respondents No. 1 to 3.
This matter pertains to claim for compensation under the
Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted
that there is a real possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute
between the parties if this matter is placed before the Lok Adalat which
is scheduled to be held on 14-03-2026 at the High Court premises.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel
appearing for the parties, registry is directed to place this matter before
the Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 14-03-2026 at the High Court
premises.
