Bobby Deol made his comeback last year with ‘Animal’ and even though, it was just a cameo, Bobby got a lot of love for his negative role. The film saw Bobby along with Ranbir Kapoor and this Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial was a huge game changer for him. Since then, Bobby has been tied up with back-to-back projects and is back again at the peak of his career. Meanwhile, Sunny Deol had a huge hit in the form of ‘Gadar 2’. While the Deols are on a high with success, they’ve had their own share of struggles and hardships.
Recently, during an interaction with Screen, brothers Sunny and Bobby opened up on their hardships. Bobby got teary eyed while spoke about how a low phase in his own career and a bad time in life, affected his family equally as they are quite close and feel each other’s pain. The ‘Barsaat’ actor said, “I did put them through hardship, my family. We are so close-knit, we live together and I know that they were going through pain by seeing me go through pain and there is nothing they could have done.”
Sunny consoled an emotional Bobby and said, “That’s the whole thing. Don’t give up in life.”
The brothers had also gotten emotional when they had appeared on ‘Koffee With Karan’. During that time, Bobby had admitted that he had also taken to alcohol during that low phase in his career. It was during that time when Salman Khan came to his rescue and offered him ‘Race 3’.
