BJP state president Rajeev Bindal announced a major protest at Chaura Maidan in Shimla on March 27, targeting the state government. Bindal accused the government of failing to maintain law and order, citing incidents of murder and rape. He also flayed the government for mishandling unemployment, inflation and the closure of educational and health institutions.
